Active Directory Management
From small business to major enterprise, we will setup and deploy Active Directory in your environment and manage all of your users. We also specialize in Group Policy Objects (GPOs) within Active Directory to ensure all your computers maintain a level of standards. And due to the nature of Active Directory, we also handle the additional server-service applications including DHCP, DNS, WINS, Print, File, etc.

 MS Exchange Deploymentexchange
Need email done correctly? Let us deploy and manage your MS Exchange environment. We are familiar with all the requirements for a healthy Exchange deployment and can ensure that best practices are followed throughout the management of the mailboxes. Vortex will also handle the end-user configuration of MS Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA).

We do both after-hours and weekend support when working with systems that cannot be accessed during normal business hours.

Our Vortex trainers are professional, courteous, prompt, and well educated to train and instruct all of your employees on new software applications. We provide onsite training at your facility and will supply all materials necessary.  The amount of training can span from a single session to multiple days dependant upon your needs.
